Opportunity Analysis

This week discusses how opportunity to be analyzed. A model is proposed to assist in making decision regarding the project potentials. The model begins with business and product concept to be assessed in the purview of opportunity. If it is favorable then we may move to next analytical tool, if not return to the business and product concept review again. The next analytical tool is the environmental analysis that should facilitate the business/product concept and opportunity analysis. If acceptable move on to preparing the blueprint or if otherwise, go back to concept review.
